"Good service, slight wait"
From what I remember, the service was good overall. I did have to wait a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge issue.

"Got my car back way quicker than expected"
I dropped my car off at Car-X thinking I’d probably be without it for most of the day, but they called me much earlier than I expected to say it was ready. that was such a nice surprise. Pickup was super easy too, and the whole thing just took a lot of stress off my plate. Happy with how smooth and fast it all went

"Service desk didn’t really help"
I was on hold for way too long, and by the time I finally got someone, the answers were short and didn’t really solve anything. Since they didn’t explain much or offer a real fix, I left annoyed. The car itself was fine, but the service experience made the whole thing frustrating

"Felt like my schedule didn’t really matter"
I tried booking an appointment through carx.com, but the available times were really limited. The earliest opening was still several days away, and there wasn’t anything after work that I could actually make. It kind of felt like if their schedule didn’t fit mine, that was just my problem. The site itself was fine to use, but it didn’t really help me get in anytime soon, so I ended up calling around and booking somewhere else

"Finally, staff who actually helped me"
I feel like I usually get ignored or brushed off in places like this, so I wasn’t expecting much. But the staff here were actually friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful...

"Prices were clear"
The pricing was straightforward and I didn’t run into any random surprise fees, which was nice. My only thing is, why did the quotes take so long to load?? Other than that, smooth experience

the location was super convenient. I got there in about 5 minutes after work, which made the whole thing really easy

"Solid work and a smooth experience"
They fixed my brakes the right way, and my car has been running great ever since. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and I haven’t had any issues at all.

"At first, the prices seemed reasonable..."
At first, the prices seemed reasonable, which is why I considered going with them. But some of the details changed later, and that made me nervous. When I reached out to support, the response was slower than I expected, so I didn’t feel like I had enough reassurance to move forward confidently. If you’re someone who likes everything clearly confirmed upfront, I’d double-check everything before committing
